Refunds and Cancellations

We keep things fair and simple. Here's how refunds work with Braggies:

• ⭐ We charge annually in advance, but if you change your mind in the first month and your Braggie hasn't been used, we'll give you a full refund — no questions asked.
• ⭐ If your Braggie has been used, or you cancel after the first month, we’ll refund the remaining full unused months. Example: cancel in month two, you get 10 months back.
• ⭐ Printed Braggie cards are made to order with your branding and are not eligible for refund once produced. Like software you’ve unwrapped, once it’s customised, it can’t be used by anyone else.
• ⭐ Extras like holders and stands can be returned for a full refund if unused and in original packaging.
• ⭐ No restocking fees. Ever.

Return postage for physical items is your responsibility. Refunds are issued promptly once returned goods are received and inspected.

We keep things flexible and fair — but once a printed item is approved and made for you, it can’t be resold. Please double-check your proof before confirming.
